Welcome! Feel at home in this luxury and spacious modern designed apartment, located 5 min walk from the Juan-les-Pins beach and all its restaurants. A perfect vacation place for a family or friends, up to 4 adults and 1 baby (we have a portable toddler bed for your baby, just let me know in advance). Play all day long on the beach or in the swimming pool, and wake up rested in one of the comfortable beds based in the two separate master bedrooms with grand windows and access to the terrace. You will have plenty of space to place your clothes and luggage. Enjoy a cup of coffee under the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening gaze out in one of the two terraces. Utilize the high standard fully equipped kitchen to cook fresh homemade French meals and serve it in front of the beautiful view. Also, take advantage of the facilities swimming pool and free parking. Fresh linen and bath towels, high-speed Wifi are all included during your stay. Plus a basic welcome kit of toiletries, detergent, a bottle of water, coffee and tea to kick off your holiday. Guests bring own beach towels.
