1) Switch all electronics off before leaving, like AC, TV and the lights before you leave the apartment/villa.

5) Any damage or loss in property or of personal belongings shall be borne by the guest. We are not be liable for any loss of the kind.
Chargable Services:
1) House Cleaning: 500 INR
2) Gas Stove: 150 INR
Cancellation Polices:
1) More than 60 days from check in date, 100% refund,
Between 30 - 60 days from check in date, 50% refund,
Below 30 days from check in date, No Refund.
2) No Refund for the December and January Bookings.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
