Apartment Lisa is fully furnished to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need for that perfect holiday in the sun.
The lounge area has 3 and 2 seater leather sofas, plasma tv, local satellite (UK & Russian) and dvd player, and Cyprus channels. W-fi access is available free of charge.
The kitchen area has a washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, kettle and toaster. The dining area has seating for 6 people.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower/bath. Ample wardrobe space. All rooms have air conditioning units. Included in the weekly rental price is 90kwhs of electricity if this is exceeded a charge of 0.30 cents per additional kwh used will be collected before departure.

The outside patio area has a table with sun umbrella and 4 chairs and 4 sun-loungers and BBQ.

Kapparis
Kapparis is a ‘self contained’ village and offers all year round entertainment. There is a large selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Why not try the traditional local cuisine in one of the many Cypriot restaurants or treat the family to an Italian, Chinese or English meal. The food is varied and of the highest standards and lowest prices.
Kapparis is also known for its gorgeous sandy beaches and sparkling Mediterranean blue seas. It hosts a couple of gorgeous beaches, Fireman's Beach and Malamos Beach. Both are perfect for families with young children, due to the water being shallow enough and the beach being very compact. Many water sports are available from inflatable’s to jet skis, or why not try your hand at snorkeling at one of the many coves in and around Kapparis.
Kapparis is perfectly situated, and is approx 45 mins by car from Larnaca Airport. Local buses run daily to neighboring towns, Pernera and Protaras are easily reached and are approx 10 mins by car. You can also travel over the border and visit Northern Cyprus, this will take you approx 25 mins. Northern Cyprus has many attractions, shops, markets, restaurants, castles, ruins etc.
Pernera
Situated on the northern outskirts of Protaras, Pernera is a small coastal resort popular with couples and families seeking a holiday destination away from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa and Protaras. Ideal for beach holidays, Pernera is less than 1km from three small sandy beaches that are quieter and less crowded than their shoreline counterparts in Protaras. The centre of Pernera has a selection of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants to visit as well as a small but active harbour from where boat trips can be taken. Regular bus services are also available from the centre of the resort, offering transport to the livelier Protaras strip and Paralimni’s wide assortment of shops.
