Villa Dolores is a new villa, elegantly arranged on two floors connected by a wooden staircase.
Inside, the villa has a furniture with attention to the smallest details. Nothing is left to chance. The magnificent infinity pool with the lawn is of a disarming beauty. The villa, equipped with an integrated air conditioning system (hot / cold), is arranged over two floors and is divided into a living and sleeping area. On the lower floor there is the kitchen, the laundry room and 4 bedrooms (two doubles and two twins) and an additional double sofa bed. The bathrooms in the house are 3 in total, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 with tub, plus a service bathroom on the upper floor. Upstairs, on the level with the raised garden there is the incredible lounge surrounded by windows that overlook the covered and furnished veranda and the swimming pool.

The neighborhood in which the villa is located is only 2.5km from the center of Alghero. Close to the beaches.
All around the villa there are numerous beaches such as Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Maria Pia beach and Lido San Giovanni.
In the villa, your pets are always welcome in compliance with the house and the rules.
