It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests. ,In order to not leave overflowing trash for the next guest, we ask that no more than one bag of trash and one bag of recycling per day be disposed of in the large outdoor bins. All additional trash must be disposed of off-property. ,No smoking allowed in the home. Since many guests have allergies and sensitivities, we ensure a smoke-free home to be welcoming to as many people as possible. If you are a smoker, please light up at least 20 feet away to be considerate to the next guests.,Parties and events of any kind are not allowed at our guest house.
