All rooms are airy and welcoming, particularly the living room that connects to the pool terrace and boasts many glass doors. The white leather sofa and TV in the living room are set against a stunning natural backdrop. Just behind it you will find an open plan kitchen and dining area plus a corner with a small working desk – no matter what you do in this space, you will enjoy stunning bay views. The kitchen is fully fitted according to the western standards and it includes a hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, kettle and a toaster. The villa features three bedrooms with king size beds that sleep a total of 6 people. The master bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms share one bathroom. The third bedroom has an interesting design with the bed above a small living area. There is a private parking as well as a washing machine, hairdryer and ironing set on the premise. Wi-Fi and daily maid service are complimentary. The villa is located between the areas of Maenam and Bophut, about 1 km off the main road. Maenam Beach is a few minutes' ride (2.3 km) away from the property.

Electricity Charges upto 4BHK Villas : Electricity is free up to 57 units per day over this a charge of 7 baht per unit is made! Please save power and switch your air-conditioning off when not in use.
Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
