Diamond villa is a private villa featuring a large swimming pool surrounded by garden and terrace in a gated community.
Located 4 km from Bang Tao Beach you can take a short motorbike to the ocean, shop and try different restaurants within a 10 minute ride.
The villa has a large garden and private swimming pool. There is a lounge area by the pool and also a dining area to enjoy under the covered open air patio.
The western style kitchen is equipped with burners, electric kettle, rice cooker and oven. We can also hire a cook or maid upon your request!
On the ground floor there is an indoor dining area and also a counter in the kitchen for a quick bite.
In the afternoon you may want to chill in the luminous lounge area, the living room flat screen TV has cable to watch movies or international tv channels.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor with access to the swimming pool and garden view as well as ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub. On the upper floor the 2 bedrooms are ensuite with walk-in showers.
The entire house has integrated air-con system and separate remote controls for each room.
In the laundry room next to the kitchen there is a washing machine and dryer are available and there's an additional downstairs toilet. There is also a covered car-port for parking.
We advise to get a sim card upon arrival at Phuket airport to have a Thai phone line. This will make your vacation easier, you may also download the app “Grab” to book taxis in Phuket island.
Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Please note, we require advance payment of 500 baht per night for Electric usage on your arrival date. We will check the meter reading on check out and refund the unused amount if any.
Daily cleaning is not included, price is THB 1,800 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available free of charge on request.
There is a construction going on in the neighbourhood as it is a developing project.
