The Space
A fully furnished and serviced 3 bedroom apartment offered on a per room basis in Goregaon West. The apartment is a 1600 sqft spacious facility, Be it a leasure travel or for business, the apartment is well designed and furnished to suit every need.

Living Room:
The living room is spacious, cross ventilated and well lit to suite every mood. It has a very comfortable seating arrangements for large groups or to host small meetings.

Bedrooms:
2 of the bedrooms have 2 single beds each with 6" comfort mattresses, one bedroom has a king size bed with a 6" comfort mattress, quality bedlinen, latest 32" LED Tv's with digital cable connection, study tables, side tables, wardrobes, 1.5 ton split air-conditioning and so on.

Washrooms:
There are 3 washrooms for 3 bedrooms with separate wet/dry areas. Top quality bathroom fittings and toiletaries are just a small add on to enhance the comfort of your living experience with us.

Kitchen:
The apartment is offered with a 24/7 caretaker dedicted to take care of your every need. He prepares the meals, makes the beds, does the housekeeping and would even run errands for you if required. The caretaker is well groomed, educated, speaks 4 languages (english, hindi, Odiya and Begali) and always has a smile on his face.

Guest access
Guests staying with us have complete access to the whole apartment and are free to use the kitchen and everything else. We also have a 2 dedicated car parkings in the facility which is free for all our guests.

Interaction with guests
Atithi Devo Bhava (Atithidevo Bhava, Sanskrit: अतिथिदेवो भव; English: 'The guest is equivalent to God') is taken from an ancient Hindu scripture which became part of the "code of conduct" for Indian society. We take this quote literally and would go out of our way to assist our guests with whatever they require, provided it is within our means.

The neighborhood
The apartment is strategically located and very easy to identify. Everything from household supplies, medical needs and branded products are available within 10 minutes from the facility. On the Western side you have Hypercity, InOrbit Mall, Infinity Mall, Mindspace Complex, Lokhandwala and remaining parts of Andheri West all within 10-15 minutes drive. On the Eastern side you have Raheja IT Park, NESCO, Bombay Exhibition Centre, HUB Mall, Oberoi Mall, ORACLE and loads of MNC's all within 10-15 minutes drive.

Getting around
Be it day or night, transportation in Mumbai is never a problem. 24/7 you have local taxis, auto rickshaws, trains, buses, OLA and UBER radio taxis plying in the area. However if you still face a problem and are unable to avail of any transportation (which will never happen), I would be more than happy to drive you around.

Other things to note
The apartment is in a residential building and we would expect all our guests to maintain decorum. All AC's, electrical appliance are required to be switched off when not in use or if you are stepping out.
