Villa Montescudo is located a few kilometers from Rimini (about 20 minutes by car), immersed in the peace and tranquility of the Rimini hinterland, it is a two-family villa with private house entrance and garden in common with the other villa. The house is 350 sq m on two floors with a 5000 sq m park.
On the ground floor there are the entrance to a large room, the kitchen, the laundry room, a service bathroom (without shower) and a closet.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms all with full bathroom, walk-in closet and air conditioning.
The bedrooms are composed as follows: the first and second have a double bed, the third a double bed plus a sofa bed and a single bed on a mezzanine, the fourth with two single beds and on another mezzanine another single bed and a sofa bed.
In the garden there are deckchairs.
Throughout the house there is an internet wi-fi network.
The property includes a garage in which there is a fireplace for grilling.
In the large square inside the property it is possible to park cars.
As a prevention, covid 19 the entire house combined with each opite will be sanitized with ozone generators and with the appropriate products present in the safety protocols.
