In a completely magical location, this lovely holiday home has the best setting in the area, close to the lake and to the large cities of Gothenburg and Borås.


On the inside of the holiday home the patio and bridge are on the same level as the ground floor. You can experience the beautiful view over the lake from the kitchen, living room and one of the bedrooms. You can find large living rooms on both levels of the holiday home, and there is also an additional smaller living room with seating group, TV and open fireplace. Two of the beds have thick, good mattresses which are placed on the floor in the living room downstairs; the mattresses can be moved after need but only indoor. After a trip in the forest or with the canoe it can be really relaxing with a heating sauna bath.


From the holiday home and ground you will have an almost 270 degree panoramic view over the lake Östra Nedsjön, which is approximately 9m away.

Docked next to the patio is the canoe and rowing boat which you can use to explore the area, if you are a more experienced with a paddle you can rent a kayak directly by the owner. The lake of Östra Nedsjön is connected with Västra Nedsjön and both lakes are perfect for trips with the canoe. These two lakes attract many tourists who would like to try on paddle with canoe or kayak. At not least in the long beautiful canal between the two lakes, which is an amazing experience, and your holiday home is situated approximately 200m from this canal. The fishing opportunities are well known and some has caught pike and perch up to 2kg.


The small bathing spot next to the holiday home is perfect for people in every age. A large part of the holiday home was renovated during 2012 among the bathroom and kitchen. The total impression you will get from the holiday home is how grand it is, the owner has even successfully been able to seize the opportunities with the surrounding setting like the lake and forest.


You will live close to the large cities of Gothenburg and Borås (about 30km to both) but you still live in remote and peaceful. The surrounding area is very dense forest, and the final road to the holiday home is lined with firs. Therefore is it not unusual to spot an elk or deer on the grounds, during summer there are lots of berries and mushrooms in the deep forest.


Hindås is a charming small village with ICA-shop, pizzeria, medical centre, dentist and petrol station. The community is famous for its beautiful nature and the both lakes, which attracts many tourists. If you are looking for a longer day trip, it takes about 30min to the popular amusement park Liseberg or Gothenburg city and as far in the other direction to arrive in the shopping town of Borås and Borås zoo.

Are you feeling puckish, you can travel 30min north on some very peasant small roads to the small village of Alingsås which is famous for its cafes.

The owner has an outdoor cat, and it would be appreciated if it was fed ones awhile.
