About
The modern, recently completed, spacious chalet sleeps eight adults in four individually designed bedrooms. With a contemporary Alpine feel it is finished with a combination of luxurious soft furnishings and practical modern accessories, including a steam room and large Jacuzzi.

The comfortable well equipped Chalet Sonnailles is easily accessible, less than two hours from Geneva airport by car, or three hours from Milan and Zurich. And just twenty minutes from Sion the capital of the Valais canton.

Chalet Sonnailles is furnished in a contemporay style with a combination of luxururious as well as unusal pieces reflecting both European and African design. Throughout the chalet the decor and furnishings reflect a warm and welcoming alpine home.

Inside
On the ground floor there is an en suite bedroom with double bed (which can be converted to two singles) and a steam room to relax and unwind at the end of the day. A utility/drying room is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The 1st floor comprises the main living area, kitchen, dinning room and access to a terrace with 270° views. There is a large screen Tv with an Av system serving inside and outside the chalet.

The 2nd floor has 3 further double bedrooms, including the master suite which has breathtaking views of the valley and surronding mountains. All of the rooms are beautifully individually designed and each of the bedrooms has it’s own Tv with satelitte, Apple Tv and hairdryer.

Facilities and equipment in Chalet Sonnailles include: Jacuzzi, Steam Room, Barbecue, Outdoor Sofa, Chairs and Loungers, Wifi, Apple Tv Films, Blu-ray Player, Selection of Dvds, Board Games, Av System and a Tennis Court (5 minutes from the chalet).

Outside
Sliding doors lead to a large south-west facing terrace with Bbq and comfortable seating which can be used all year round. There is also a wood burner for when the sun starts to go down and you want to linger a little longer on the terrace. On the east side of the chalet there is a jacuzzi which comfortably seats 6 adults .

Your Stay
Chalet Sonnailles was designed with one thing in mind. To make your stay in the mountains memorable. So after a hard day Skiing, hiking or cycling you arrive back to a warm and comfortable chalet where you can relax and enjoy the rest of the day with family or friends.

During the ski season, the chalet is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday for your exclusive use.

Activities

Skiing
Winter Sports As well as Skiing and snow boarding Les 4 Vallées has a wide variety of other activities you can try during your stay. These include tobogganing, cross-country Skiing, and husky sledging.

Shopping
Sion just a short car journey away (20 minutes) offers guests a wide range of local and regional shops. Less than an hour away in Crans Montana there are a wide range of shops, including many well known international designers. Verbier (60 minutes) is justly famous for its outstanding Skiing but it’s just as good when it comes to restaurants and as a shopping destination. Shops include; book shops, art galleries, delicatessens and jewellers.

The picturesque town of Zermatt, with no cars, is just over an hour away. As well as a wide range of restaurants and bars it too has an excellent selection of shops, many of which are open on Sunday.

Films
Chalet Sonnailles has a good range of Blu-ray and Dvds as well as access to Apple Tv in all of the bedrooms.

Games
The chalet also has a number of popular board games. In the summer there are tennis courts less than 5-minutes drive from Chalet Sonnailles.
