The Space:
Beautifully and completely renovated POOL home. 4 BR/ 2 BH with granite counter tops and new appliances. This home boasts 2 bunk beds, one king bed, two double beds and one queen bed. There is also space for a couple of air mattresses for larger parties. The house if designed with ceramic tile floors throughout.
Location wise this property is close to many key places including Tampa International Airport, Tampa General Hospital, the University of Tampa, International Plaza Mall, Westshore Plaza, to name a few. There are many great restaurants around the area as well. Close proximity to the highway provides easy access to downtown, Tampa Bay's major beaches and much more.
