There is a dining room table set for 8 persons next to it, so you will have the choice of indoor and outdoor dining. Since Villa Alkira belongs to a five-star development, a range of optional services is available on site. Free Wi-Fi and daily maid service are included in the price, and the villa also has an electric gate and a private parking. Restaurants and shops are about 1 km away from the property, while it takes about 5 minutes by car to reach Nikki Beach Club.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
