Florida Pines is a relaxing community bordering a conservation area with over 530 homes, a mixture of rental and residential, situated on quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sacs. If you are going as part of a multi-family holiday, all staying in different villas in this community, then an ideal place to meet up would be the communal swimming pool, located close to the middle of the complex. all our homes are allocated on arrival and we do not sell a specific home but a generic - and that the description and pictures are examples of these
The nearest golf course to Florida Pines is Highlands Reserve, just five minutes away, along the Us27, next to a supermarket and a selection of other shops, bars and restaurants. The bustling Us192 is less than 10 minutes drive north, and offers a wider choice of shops and restaurants as well as the Disney theme parks. Driving south for a few miles brings you to the I-4 highway that stretches across Florida from Tampa in the west, to Daytona and the Space Coast in the east, meaning that Universal or SeaWorld can be reached in about 30 minutes, or some of Florida’s best beaches in about an hour. Sitting close to the junction of Us27 and the I-4 is Posner Park, an outside shopping mall with stores such as Jc Penney, Best Buy, Target, Staples, Michaels, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Ross. A few restaurants can also be found at Posner Park. A multiscreen cinema complex can be found at Posner Park as well, offering all the latest movie releases.
Our homes are fully furnished with everything you need to make this a home away from home. Towels and lines are provided, no need to pack your own. Our kitchens come complete with everything you need from silverware to pots and pans as well as crockery and glassware. Patio furniture allows you to enjoy the outdoor space by the pool with an area for dining and loungers to lay by the poolside. There is a telephone in the homes with free local calling and each property has wifi included free of charge. Enjoy the comfortable living areas after a long day at the parks or take a break from the stress and have a movie day at home. You will find our bedrooms clean and comfortable to get the best nights sleep in between all those exciting adventure days.
