This wonderful and privately owned holiday home amidst the beautiful surroundings is right next to the lake. You can go fishing in the lake Husby Sø with pikes in abundance. You can peacefully enjoy the scenic nature in the garden; you can get to see deer or pheasants, the gracefully moving swans in the lake, the reeds nearby listening to the melody of bittern and the herons looking for food. The idyllic view of the grazing cows in the meadows is adorable. This house built from bricks dates back to 1800 and has a partly thatched roof. The house was restored partially in 2004; the country kitchen and the living room were fitted with oak flooring and an open fireplace. You can enjoy the view of the lake through the windows. The courtyard offers the best view of the surroundings. Children can enjoy playing, build caves in the garden with about 40 plum and apple trees, while you enjoy a campfire. You can also go for fishing. The Husby coastal forest, about 2.5 km away is unique because it is the westernmost beech forest of Denmark. Biking and walking trails pass through the entire forest and lead to the sea. The lagoon, with the sandy beach and barbecue spot located here, is well suited for families with children. Your children will love an adventure in the playground within the forest. There are several farms selling handicrafts and ceramic, a Put & Take lake, stonecutters who create beautiful sculptures, artists working with bronze and clay, in the vicinity. The North Sea is also in the vicinity. The traditional property is located on the coast between the seaside resort Søndervig and the harbour town of Thorsminde. You can enjoy nice food and take a stroll at Søndervig, located to the south. Søndervig also offers a bowling alley, a fitness centre and an adventure pool. Untouched nature, a former fishing village and the Stranding Museum awaits you in Thorsminde, to the north of the house. You can go fishing from the dock here.
