You have 5 minutes walk access to the laguito and boca grande beach and 10 minutes walk to castillo grande beach which is much quieter.

Bus stops in front of the building. restaurants and shops just nearby.
The apartment is on the corner and is the biggest size in the building except for the penthouse.
It can rent to a maximum of 8 people.
