This 17th-century country house is located in the Roman town of Valeria, 20 km from Cuenca, a city declared a World Heritage Site. The natural beach Pantano de Alarcón is 4 km away, the Roman site and the impressive stone gorges a few meters from the accommodation, it is without a doubt the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable romantic getaway.
This unique manor house presents a typical Castilian architecture, the double rooms or suites, all have a romantic and careful decoration. In the mornings, the house serves a breakfast of local products.
In the hotel's cellar you can taste La Mancha wines. The winery has a Visigothic cave where romantic lunches and dinners with typical Cuenca products are served in the intimate stone restaurant with centuries-old beams, a unique and different environment.
Guests of the Casa Rural can visit the archaeological ruins of Valeria. The area next to the Gritos river is ideal for walking, hiking, climbing and on the nearby Alarcón reservoir beach in the summer months, enjoy a swim in flat nature or enjoy water sports such as surfing or sailing. In the nearby mountains of the Sierra Alta you can practice adventure activities.
The clients of the rural house have free access to two swimming pools located in the vicinity during the summer months.
