Villa Don Teto is a luxury 5 stars property in the residential neighborhood of Santos Suarez. It was fully renovated and expanded. Most of the original structure remained, while different areas were renovated to very high standards.

The Space:
Our house has 8 luxury rooms and one suite that sleeps 18 guests. It's very private and quiet, it is fully renovated and equipped with all the commodities that you expect from a luxury resort: In the living room you will find a nice living room set, a flat tv with cable installed on the wall... The kitchen is all equipped with everything you need... The bathrooms are very modern... And in each one of the huge bedrooms, is a king size or queen bed, a safety box and a mini bar. All the furniture, mattresses, equipment and decorations were imported and are of very high quality.
The house has a 24 hours security system that includes cameras in the outside areas and an alarm system.
For the use of the Wi-Fi services please note that you will need to purchase pre-paid cards from Etecsa.

We can help with anything needed from directions to transportation arrangements and tips about the city...
Cleaning of the apartment is done every second day. We also provide clean towels and we change the sheets as needed.
Upon arrival, we will give you the apartement keys. One member of our team is going to welcome you in the house. We will be entirely at your disposal for assisting you in any issue you need during your stay. We have a network of contacts through out all the country, so if you are planning to go around we can advise you and help to find accomodations out of Havana.

There are classic American cars, buses, taxis and bicytaxis and cocotaxis around the apartment....We can also help you make arrangements if you need taxi to & from any other city in Cuba!

The main "tourist attractions" to guide our friends in their visit to the cuban capital. These are:
Central Havana City:
• National Capitol: Location: Paseo Del Prado between San José and dragons. Building built in 1929, intended to host the seat of Congress at the time.
