The Urban District Vintage Suites are located in a trendy area of 22@ just few minutes from the Rambla de Poble Nou, 10 minutes from the beach or to the main shopping mall (Glories). The Old Town is just located at 1-2 metro stops or 15 minutes walk.
The Rambla of Poble Nou is a pedestrian area with an amazing sequence of restaurants, cafeterias and gastro-bars. Walking down on the Rambla, you will reach the beaches with all water sports.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
