This well-endowed and boutique-looking building was opened last year. It has excellent social areas such as: swimming pool for adults, Turkish, gym, games room, playground, meeting room, bbq area among others. It is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of the city, where the visitor will find
a few steps: parks, good restaurants, supermarkets, churches and other places of interest.
The apartment is on a high floor with a view to the north, which makes it preserve a cool temperature
I have the time to receive the guests personally and provide all the indications and recommendations they wish.
A few steps away are 2 of the most important roads in the city, where you will find bus stops that connect the city from south to north. The guest can move to the center of the city walking.
The bathroom you can access is not inside the bedroom. However, it would be for the exclusive use of the guest.
The bed in the second room measures 1.80 m X 1.20 m initially designed for one person. However I leave it to consideration, because it could be suitable for a couple (2 people)
