Casa Souto is a very tastefully furnished holiday home on the second floor of a holiday home in the first row to the beach. The apartment offers comfortable space for 6 persons (maximum 8 persons). The apartment is recommended for a maximum of 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. On the other side of the road a staircase leads down the steep coast to the kilometre long sandy beach of Praia da Areia Branca.

The Neighborhood:
Praia da Areia Branca is a typical Portuguese seaside resort. Fortunately, there are only very few hotels or holiday resorts here, but in August, there is a lot of activity on the beach, as many Portuguese from the surrounding area come for a swim.
There is a lifeguard who looks after the right one and hundreds of typical beach tents that can be rented for a small fee.
Some parts of the beach are guarded by professional lifeguards in summer. Those who want to escape from this hustle and bustle only have to walk one or two bays along the beach and already they have a bay to themselves again.
In Praia da Areia Branca there is a beautiful beach promenade with many small cafés and good restaurants.
The place is especially suitable for families with young children, as there is a very nice and manageable nightlife and the contact to the locals is very easy. The express bus between Peniche and Lisbon stops almost every hour in this place. The district town of Lourinhã with large supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, health centre, Pharmacies, post office and bank are only 3 km away. A special highlight is the newly opened largest outdoor museum: Dinoparque Lourinhã nearby. Here you will also find the best surf spots in Europe.
Other Things to Note:
The prices are valid as a total price for up to 4 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs will be charged according to consumption. For the 5th to 8th person a supplement of 10 € per person and day will be charged. The prices are only valid for bookings of seven days or longer. Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
