it’s the best for Long Stays In Winter, with the fireplace in the kitchen-living room you can feel like in a mountain house, but with the comfort of the plain! In Summer it's The Most Comfortable For Big Families, because of the possibility of eating outside in front of the apartment; it's on the east side of the house, so in the evening it's the most fresh! If you like animals, you're in the right place! In the evening, dozens of fireflies will light up the path in front of you and you will be lulled to sleep by the chirping of the little birds.
Ground floor, 42 sqm, double bedroom with 2 bunk beds, kitchen (with fridge and freezer, 4 gas hobs, utensils and pots, cutlery, plates and glasses. No oven) + living room with sofa bed and fireplace, toilet with shower, independent heating system in all rooms, ceiling fan in the bedroom and in the kitchen-living room, mosquito nets to all windows. Equipped for disabled people. There’s no Wi-fi in the apartment, however, it’s possible to connect to the Internet via cable (the socket is in the bedroom, under the desk), or go to the Wi-fi area under the white gazebo. There’s no Tv in the apartment.

There are neither dishwasher, nor washing machine, nor iron. We have drying racks, which are available to all staying guests, it is not possible to have a personal one.
Included in the price: bed linen (inclusive. 1 Set per Pers./stay), bath linen (inclusive. 1 big + 2 little towels per Person/stay), kitchen linen (inclusive. 1 tablecloth + 1 dish cloth per apartment per stay), energy, swimming pool, 1 entry to mini-golf (valid for 1 person), tickets for the wine tasting in 2 wineyards in the towns of Calci and Terricciola, car parking and barbecue (firewood not included).
Not included in the price: air conditioning (on request: € 10 a Day), Minigolf (on request: € 5 per match per adult; € 4 per match per children), gas Gpl & heating (based on usage: € 4,5 M3), extra linen (on request: € 5 per person per change).
The property is located a 10-minute drive from Pisa and 20 km from Lucca and consists of 7 apartments with private entrance .
Each of them is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, heating in all rooms and air conditioning in the bedroom.
Outside there is a large garden with 9 Mini-golf courses, seasonal open air swimming pool (6 x 12 meters suitable for children, maximum depth 160 Cm), 9 minigolf courses, a swing for children and outdoor parking , uncovered.
The remote control of the gates is delivered together with the keys of the apartment: no time limit to exit and return to the structure during the stay .
We have 2 medium-sized dogs and 6 cats , very friendly and polite, who are free to roam in the garden .
We are very close to the most famous cities of Tuscany: Pisa 14 Km; Livorno 24 Km; Lucca 20 Km; Win 31 Km; Volterra 38 Km; Florence 56 Km; San Gimignano 44 Km; Siena 72 Km. The nearest airport is Galileo Galilei, 14 km from the property. The owners can give you information on museums and events in the surrounding area.
