Approx 3 minutes walk to the beach. The crescent-shaped beach has three parts. The southernmost and the most popular is the Kovalam Light House Beach. Kovalam is one of the most developed tourist destinations of Kerala.
Situated at just 14 km from Thiruvananthapuram, The Home Stay & Apartment is situated near the Kovalam Light House Beach. Lighthouse beach offers safe bathing in warm clear water. Lifeguards are stationed along the beach all year round.

Location – Situated close to the beach. Approx 3-minute walk takes you to the Lighthouse beach. As the home is not directly situated on the beach, it is quiet and peaceful. Evenings can be pleasantly spent. After watching a spectacular sunset at the beach, you can relax on the balcony. Or, if you desire, you can spend a few hours on the rooftop watching the magnificent sunset and the birds returning to roost. The natural beauty of this area – coconut palms swaying in the breeze, several types of birds singing, different trees and plants providing a green background – these will make your evenings magical.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
