A large number of trees and plants in the property - Mango, Coconut, Areca nut, Coffee, Clove, jackfruit, pepper, the flowers and shrubs in the garden – are preserved well. Solar water heater, rain water and used water harvesting, low energy consuming lighting are the other ways in which we try to preserve nature.
We offer a free farm trip to all visitors, where the guests can experience the traditional farming in Wayanad.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
