Whether you are a family, or a group of friends, this villa merges luxury, location and style for the perfect Samui holiday. The landscaped garden is just footsteps from the beach, coming with a private swimming that has a Jacuzzi. There is a terrace with sun-lounges and a Thai sala, next to a path and gate that leads directly to the beach. You can access the lounge via tall patio windows, and once inside, you will find a comfortable red sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels, a surround sound music system and DVD player. There is also a 6-seat wooden dining table next to a cozy kitchen with modern appliances. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all with access to bathrooms, air-conditioning and wardrobes. There are king-size double beds in two bedrooms, while the third has twin beds. The villa is located next to the beach and just 1km to spas, shops and restaurants, while nightlife is just over 2km away, making this a very convenient and beautiful holiday location.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
