This Unit feature cable Tv and a full refrigerator. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, free toiletries and bath sheets.

Within walking distance we have a beach and a nature walk through the mangroves. We are also within a 5 minute drive La Fuente a natural cold water pool perfect for swimming. There are several restaurants and a local night club.
Our guests have the use of the entire property with exception of our house which also seats in the property. When in season we have 20 different mangoes trees which our guest are welcome to enjoy.
Since we have other units for rent chances are that there will be other people in the property during your stay with us.
Our property is strategically located in the center of Samana province which gives you access to all the attractions Samana has to offer.
If needed public transportation to all points of the Dominican Republic is a short walk away.
Very important
Towels are not memorable souveniers of your visit to our property. Please ensure that the towels are not packed with your belongings. Please let us know one hour before your departure so that our staff can inspect the house. In the event that you choose to leave before the inspection and are not present at the time of the inspection you are responsible for any problems discovered during the inspection.
The water in the house comes from 3 sources 1. The aqueduct system, 2. The private cistern, 3. An exclusive water tank for this house. Although we have 3 water sources is prudent to save as much water as possible, we live in a country where water is scarce, please do not let the water run when you are washing dishes or doing any cleaning activities.
Elecricity
The electricity of this property comes from the electric system and from an inverter. From 5:00am in the morning until 11:00am in the morning we have electricity from the electric system. Electric system energy returns at 4:00 p.m. until 12:00 p.m. It is important that activities that require electrical power be planned and executed during those hours. The rest of the day we have electric power provided by an inverter, please use the energy of the inverter for the house lights Only. It is never wise to use irons, toasters, electric coffee makers, hair dryers or any other electric utensil.
Kitchen
The Stove turns on with its own fire starter if there is power from the electric system, if not please use the hand held fire starter or the box of matches provided.
The Refrigerator works with electricity from the energy system if there is no energy, the refrigerator goes off and on again when the system's energy returns.
The water bottle
The water in the bottle is new, we put a new bottle before visitors arrive you can use the water from the bottle with confidence, we suggest you use the water from the bottle to drink, prepare food and to brush your teeth, when the water runs out please call the company to buy a water filling. Your bottle has a rechargeable electric dispenser, it is wise to recharge the dispenser every week.
Garbage
Please take out the trash from the kitchen, batroom and deposit it in the yellow tank outside next to the basketball court
The air conditioning only works when there is power from the electric system, it is wise to turn on the air when the power comes from the electric system to cool the room and maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
The Shower
the water is heated to high temperatures please use precaution when using hot water.
Toilet
please do not throw papers, sanitary napkins or any other object in the toilet. The trash can must be emptied often to control environmental pollution.
Gazebo This space is appropriate for parties or events.
Backyard
If you need to use the grill, please let us know we can provide you with a grill.
The trees on the property are for everyone's enjoyment, but do not climb our trees, please do not throw stone or any other objects at the trees to knock down the fruits.
Special events in the property are allowed: you may carry out all kinds of social events, as long as the events are to enhance the stay and entertain the guests in our property. It Is Not Allowed For Guests To Use The Property For Their Friends To Hold Events In Our Property.
The town of Sanchez: a fishing town famous for its shrimp that are sought after nationally and internationally. The first seaport, the first banking institution, the first railroad in the Dominican Republic were all established in the town of Sanchez.
The town of Samana: is 20 minutes from the property on the Sanchez-samana road.
Area Resources
Motoconcho: in case you need something from the grocery store you can call the cost for the errants starts atpesos onwards.
Area Attractions Includes:
1) A beach within walking distance of Hle, about 10 minutes,
2) Las Terrenas: beach about 45 minutes to an hour from Hle, with beautiful white sandy beach.
3) Las Galeras: beach about 11/2 hour away from Hle,
4) Callo Levantao: A small island just off the coast, about 1/1/2 mile from shore, reachable via boat ride.
5) Salto del Limon: Is a waterfall, located just about 2hours from Hle.
6) La Fuente: a sweet water natural pool located about 5 minutes from Hle.
7) Los Haitices: A national natural preserve populated by the flora and fauna of the Dominican Republic.
8) The Humpback Whales: From December to March every year the Humpback whales come to the coast of Samana. During the mating season the male Humpback whale dance and frolic to attract the attention of the female, they also attract the attention of humans who come from all over the world to witness this amazing site.
