The apartment is in a small residence and therefore it is required a polite and respectful behavior of the other guests, especially in the common area of the pool. Animals Are Not Allowed. Absolutely No Smoking In The Apartment .
You are very close to “franciacorta” zone (no more than 15 km) famous italian region, producing very good wine and “champenoise” white wine (“berlucchi”, “ca’ del Bosco”, “Barone Pizzini” are some of famous brands and you can visit the beautiful wineries and drink and buy the wine).
