Loud Music not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. Our ‘House Rules’: There are to be No Loud Parties. On departure you are to leave the house locked up/appliances & lighting turned off, BBQ clean (if used) and the house tidy with dishes done and rubbish put in the big bins provided – our cleaners will take care of the rest. Please be respectful to our neighbours. No glassware in the spa pool. There are some very good plastic glasses that can be used in the spa area. ,It is a council requirement that you do not use the outdoor areas between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
