In stays of one week and more, we grant free airport transfers and shuttle service to our nearest beach, twice a week. Our tourist service provider guarantees exclusive rates on tours and transfers to all visitors who book through us, plus a 10% discount when booking more than one service.

Every apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, one or two bedrooms, and laundry appliances.
The kitchen has essential appliances, such as a four-burner gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, pots, pans, tableware set for more than four people, among others.
The living room: has a modern ceiling fan with integrated Bluetooth speaker, Smart Tv with Netflix access, Cozy Couches with cushions, and blanket.
The master bedroom: has plenty of space available to accommodate your things, air conditioner, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, two nightstands with lamps, a cozy Xxl king-size bed, and Smart Tv.
The bathroom: has hot water available in the shower, vanity mirror, and hairdryer. We offer replacement for house use and pool towels, linen, toilet paper, and hand soap.
Our apartments have an electric resistance tank water heater installed. The switcher is on the light panel of the kitchen area. The red light means it is working; it needs less than 20 minutes to heat the water. Please turn it off after each use.
We also provide you with a washing machine, iron, and iron board.
Security: 24-hour recording security cameras are in the pool and parking areas.
The electricity is 110 kW in all areas. The blackouts are sporadic in Bavaro, and will not last long. The water service, the stove, and the oven will not be affected by electrical cuts.
The water service is fresh, clean, and odor-free.
The communal pool is open until 6:00 p.m.
Upon request from our Complex's management, we ask our clients to keep the entrance door locked to prevent children from entering this area without adult supervision.
