Apartment Chalet of about 110 square meters, consists of a very big living-room-kitchen with a fireplace 5 gas heaters, oven, dishwasher, microwave and tv sat; together with 2 big quadruple bedrooms (one of 40 square meters and another of 30) and a very large bathroom with a Whirlpool shower. It is a separate part of the main farm-house with its own 2 private garden with table and chairs for enjoying the very nice view on 2 valleys east and west of the hilltop.
It can accommodate up to 4 adults + 4 children or adults Everybody will be staying in double or single beds with wooden staves and orthopedic mattresses (not uncomfortable sofa-beds);
We’re located on a hilltop overlooking on 2 valley below which has been grown with tobacco, cereals, olive trees and vineyards, 15 fenced acres of land, and a view of a great meadow dotted by wild flowers from the hilltop where Podere Caldaruccio “La Pineta” is situated form the precious backdrop where it lies and it is 550 metres away from a village featuring different shops and buses. The view from the property embraces the two valleys at lower levels. The premises comprise a wood where there are chairs, tables, hammocks and barbecue for meaty meals al fresco, where you can enjoy nature from the saddle, strolling paths going to breathtaking sights, green landscaped grounds and the view of Ramazzano… and the most appealing for children, deers and foxes hiding and running freely among the trees. In the premises which have belonged to the same family for about a century, a vineyard, olive & fruit trees, an orchard and biological garden and by the large chlorine-free Pool.

Get a car and explore Umbria, its rich art and history, architecture, sculpture and religious heritage. Gubbio requires a 20-minute drive from your stay. Another important town is Perugia that needs a 15-minute drive.
