Built to high western standards with a Thai design influence, our holiday villa is a spacious accommodation for 4 guests in two (2) spacious queen bedrooms each fitted with satellite 40” Tv, Dvd Player, en-suite bathrooms, a comfortable living room area with satellite 52” Tv and surround sound system and a fully equipped western granite open plan kitchen. The huge covered outdoor living area is equipped with an 8-seater dining table for al fresco eating as well as 4 terrace sofas for relaxation. On the upper terrace, you can enjoy the Jacuzzi for 2 people, sunbath and enjoy a stunning sunset view
At the Coconut Laguna Villas Resort; there are altogether only 11 vacation villas. A shared swimming pool graces the middle of the resort, surrounded by palm trees and ornamental shrubs, which brilliantly flower throughout the whole year. The swimming pool, with its crystal clear water, also features a separate pool for children, and a whirlpool.
Bang Por Beach is 3.5 km long, luring the visitor and holiday renter to take a stroll and explore the beaches. This sandy beach is unique on Koh Samui, and is also not crowded with beachcombers and wandering tourists or beach-vendors. You will find, however, some of the island’s best Thai restaurants within walking distance.
Fans and air-conditioners are in all living areas inside, free wireless internet access, free local telephone, international Tv channels, 24/7 surveillance with Cctv and night watcher, daily pool and garden maintenance, full house cleaning twice a week with linens and towels replacement and kayaks are part of the facilities included for your free usage. Airport pick-up service, car/scooter rental, additional maid service, baby bed, baby high chair and etc can be arranged upon request either prior to your arrival or on location with our local assistants.
We have a cleaning and maintenance team dedicated to your comfort during your stay. You can meet or call our really nice and friendly manager at any time and if you wish, she could facilitate your stay with booking taxi, car rental, day trips and etc without you moving from the villa.
All external services arranged for you are at local rate paid to the service provider and without commission from our side. There is nothing to pay to us.
If you walk 50 – 500 meters on each side of the beach, you will find a few Western-thai restaurants serving continental breakfast as well as both western and local food. Just outside the villa has also a family run local restaurant which is really good and cheap and they do deliveries.
Koh Samui is also known to be a gourmet paradise with a wide choice of international restaurants (French and Italian mostly). There are quite a few located at just few kilometres from the villa, in Maenam or Bophut (fisherman’s Village).
Convenient stores can be found everywhere and there is one located at just 100 meters (2 mins) by foot from the villa to buy daily necessities like water, sun block, milk, bread, cereal and etc. A gym at 50 meters and a Muay Thai Boxing School at 150 meters. There is also supermarket at 4.5 kilometers, shopping malls and hypermarkets are at less than 15 minutes by car.
