A covered outdoor living area with furniture, its own private pool, fully equipped open plan kitchen with alfresco dining, a large Cable Tv, Dvd Player and surround sound system. On the upper open terrace, you can enjoy a sunbath or catch up on your reading with stunning views of the tall palm trees and the sea.
We have a cleaning and maintenance team is dedicated to your comfort during your stay. You can meet or call our really nice and friendly manager at any time and if you wish, she can assist to facilitate your stay without you moving from the duplex.

There are several western and authentic Thai restaurants along the beach within 500 meters on the left or right, and a few restaurants on the road leading to the Coconut Laguna Residence, including a famous seafood restaurant at just 300 meters. You can also order food delivery from the restaurant just outside the duplex, which is really good and cheap.
Convenient stores can be found everywhere and there is one located at just 100 meters (2 mins) by foot from the duplex to buy daily necessities like water, sun block, milk, bread, cereal and etc. A gym at 50 meters and a Muay Thai Boxing School at 150 meters. There is also supermarket at 4.5 kilometers, shopping malls and hypermarkets are at less than 15 minutes by car.
The famous Fisherman's Village (restaurants, bars & shopping) is at 10 minutes and Chaweng (for the night life) is at 20 minutes.
Just alongside the beach you’ll also discover a few nice and cheap massage place.
