This cosy holiday house is in a perfect seaside holiday location within walking distance of the blue Adriatic, nestled into a romantic bay in front of the little village of Supetarska Draga on the sunny Croatian island of Rab.
The spacious holiday house occupies the left half of a former farmhouse from the year 1880, which was renovated in 1999 and converted into two holiday houses next to each other. It is equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living space of 70m² spread over two floors provides a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a modern daylight bathroom. The living room on the ground floor provides a comfortable sofa and two matching armchairs, satellite Tv and a wooden dining table with four chairs. The kitchen next to it is equipped with a two-zone electric hob, a mini oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a walk-in shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall cupboard with a mirror, as well as a toilet. Wide wooden stairs lead to the upper floor with the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x200cm). Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. Your pet is also welcome.
Your private 40m² sunny terrace outside is separate from the terrace belonging to the other half of the house and ensures pleasant privacy. You can make yourselves comfortable around the grill area with a table and chairs and enjoy the extensive view from here over the sea bay. If you arrive by car then you can use the two secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
It is about 300 metres from the house to the blue sea and the nearest concrete beach is about 700 metres away. It is about 6km to Lopar with a long sandy beach. The centre of Supetarska Draga with a variety of shopping facilities and a good choice of cafés and restaurants is about 500 metres away.
