ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION:
The electricity is not included in the rental, and has to be paid on sight. We require a $100-200 USD cash deposit at arrival depending on the amount of nights reserved.
The deposit is collected at check in and the electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out, If guests use less consumption during the stay, we will refund the difference.
This is the estimate daily electricity consumption if the air conditioner is used at night.
1 bedroom = 5-15 USD per day
2 bedroom = 7-20 USD per day
3 bedroom = 10-25 USD per day

We provide airport transfer for US$ 40.00 single trip for up to 4 people, any extra traveller US$5.00 per person.
