The main building houses three bedrooms (Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3), living and dining room and kitchen. The bedroom annex is available when more than three bedrooms are required, and houses two bedrooms (Bedrooms 4 and 5), both with bathrooms en suite. Bedroom 5 features a loft with two children's beds, when you rent this listing for 11 persons, the remaining single bed in the loft is unused.
Baywatch is hidden from the street by a very high fence blocking the public and traffic noise.

Baywatch Villa is a five bedroom vacation home situated right on the beach at Runaway Bay on Jamaica's famous North Coast. Baywatch offers great flexibility as it may also be rented as a three or four bedroom villa at reduced prices. The property comprises two buildings, just a few feet apart, with a gorgeous swimming pool and children's pool on beautifully landscaped grounds with mature trees. The beach and sea are excellent for swimming - no rocks, no seaweeds, just lovely soft sand and turquoise clean water.
Carbon Monoxide detectors are not necessary for this property
