Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, located less than 4 miles from the excitement of the famous Las Vegas strip, and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to feel right at home. A brand new kitchen with all new appliances opens up to the dining room and pool table. Relax and unwind by the private pool in a newly re-imagined landscape. The patio has chairs, a table, and a full outdoor dining set.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other four bedrooms (queen, queen, queen, and (2) full-beds) have super comfortable mattresses and high-thread-count linens to ensure you get a great nights rest.

The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) The lock is connected to Wifi and changes with every guest for added security.
We have two security cameras on the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail. For safety and security reasons we have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras in some of our homes.
McCarran International Airport is 10 Minutes drive from the property. There is so much fun to be had in Las Vegas - the entertainment capital of the world!

Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.

— Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
