The property itself is a 5 acres natural plot, surrounded with Coconut, palm & Chikoo trees. Basically it is a farm house with AC rooms located at Nagaon beach in a secluded area.
The main Nagaon beach is 5 mnts by car & 15 mnts walking from our Estates so you can walk to the beach or hike through the forest to a private beach which the caretaker will show to you. Nagaon beach also has all water sports which are available in Goa (weather permitting). Such as water paragliding n banana boat rides, water skiing etc.
Facilities:
Our farm house facilities include largest swimming pool & filter plant with water polo facility, poolside lawn, football ground, TT table and pool table , badminton, carom etc. There are numerous walking paths within the coconut and palm trees running the entire length of the Estates.
Alibaug market is one hour away. Nagaon town & various shops is accessible in 15 mnts. The food quality is very good as we hv two restaurant cooks & six staff. The water is given thru special water cooler with big RO filter.
In Alibaug electricity is always a problem. We are offering you 2 generator back up so that you’re ACs can work at night or even in a heavy rain storm, this is included in your cost & is very necessary. (Most hotels do not have adequate electric back up facility)
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
