The Space:
This 2nd floor unit boasts amazing soundside views and the relaxing sounds of the Carolina Beach surf.
Out on the living room deck you can relax and watch stunning sunsets over the sound.
Relax by the community (seasonal) pool when the salt and sand get to be too much!
Spread out in the spacious living room (with pull-out couch) and Roku smart TV. MAke sure to bring your Netflix/Hulu/Prime passwords with you!
The kitchen is ample and well equipped with a bar that seats 2 and dining table that seats 4.
Both queen bedrooms include Roku smart tv's, & the master has an en-suite bathroom, offering the privacy and convenience you need.
There is a charcoal grill and picnic table that is right below the unit. Explore the edge of the salt marsh & watch the sunset while you grill!
Keep your vehicle out of the salt in the garage, & store your toys and beach things away. We provide a beach cart to make that short walk to the beach a snap.
Guest Access:
Access is easy-breezy - NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. No worries about going extra places to get keys or having to make beds on your own. Simply show up for your vacation, instant access, beds made - time to RELAX!

The Neighborhood:
The amazing Carolina Beach boardwalk is only 1.8 miles away.
Fort Fisher Civil War Historic Site and the NC State Aquarium are 8 miles to the south.
The US North Carolina Battleship, Cape Fear Serpentarium (a must visit!), the Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk and nightlife are 25 minutes away!
Amazing restaurants are EVERYWHERE! (we're happy to recommend).

The pool is seasonal.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
