Your private tropical paradise is located in the most residential avenue of Bani only 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to the center of the town. Bani is not yet discovered by the tourists and has kept its authentic ambiance. On the end of your avenue arrive every morning the fisher boats and for a couple of pesos you choose your fresh dorade. The rental price is for one bedroom and includes breakfast for 2 guests. Maximum 2 guests per room.
The villa has been recently completely renovated and very elegantly decorated. Everything is new and functional.
Entrance hall, reception room coming out on a large covered shady terrace, office with airconditioning,formal dining room for 10, spacious fully equiped gourmet kitchen,laundry room, family Tv room and a lot of space for all your family and friends.
Your private Master Suite has 2 double beds, en suite showerroom and a walk in dressing.This master suite communicates with a private seating room with desk and 2 sofa beds for children or 2 extra guests.
The villa is equiped with a 2.5kw inversor and a 3.5kw power generator, so in case of a general electricity breakdown, there is always electricity in the villa.Outside Area:the shallow pool is ideal and safe for children while adults will enjoy the second large pool.
Near the pool you enjoy a tropical lounge bar with view over the 2 pools and a charming kiosk with dinner table for 10.
The private tennis court is lighted so you can play in the fresh tropical evenings. If you rather like the sea than tennis, our private skipper can bring you with his typical fisher boat in 20 minutes to unspoiled beaches with crystal clear water where you will meet no tourists but some local fishermen and pelicans.
The tropical garden of almost 1 acre is beautiful with palm,mango and almond trees and very safe for the children being completely fenced.
Playground for the children with swings and slides, basketball and volleyball, badminton.
My guests have access to the Tv family room, the 2 swimming pools, the tennis court, the garden and the playground for the children.
With my staff I will be available to provide any assistance , recommendations or advise to discover the area. If required I can provide at extra cost a car with guide/driver and a fisher boat with skipper at the Marina of Las Salinas, 20 minutes drive from my home.

Bani is considered as the cleanest town of the country and pleasant to walk with lots of tree-shaded parks. You will meet no tourists but very friendly Dominicans always willing to help you.
If you like boating the marina of Bani is only 25 minutes drive from your home and we can charter you a boat for deep sea fishing if you like.
Regular bus trasportation to the capital cost only Us$5. Local taxis are very cheap and the numerous motor taxis even cheaper. If you wish we can provide at extra cost a car with reliable guide/driver.
