The Villa is located at a walk able distance from the beach, the property has 3 AC bedrooms. the Villa can accommodate minimum of 6 people and maximum of 10 people. Every room has its separate bathroom and living room has a guest bathroom. The Guests can enjoy barbecue in open terrace of the Villa(charges applicable)
Guests will have access to entire villa, The Guest will have access to amenities such as Kitchen, Washing Machine, Microwave oven, Electric Kettle, Toaster, WiFi etc. The Kitchen has induction cook-top and utensils.
Guests can cook their own meals.
At the time of check in there would be someone available to hand over the keys.
i would meet the guests and help them during their trip.
The Villa has a barbecue which is located in the open terrace of the villa and the guests can make barbecue.(The Barbecue set with coal would be available to guest at Rs 400/-)
We also have professional cook in the vicinity who provides home cooked meals at a nominal cost.
Upon prior request the cook can be hired by the guests for the duration of their stay.
The chef can prepare all kinds of cuisine depending on the preference of the guests.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
