This is an apartment in varkiza, located inside the residential area away from noise and traffic.

The apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just a 5 min walk from the main square and the beach. It is convenient, has all the necessary utilities, oven, washing machine, very fast internet connection, as well as 3 double beds, one sofa bed, and two very comfortable brand new american mattresses. The house is 86sqm, and also has very big balconies. Moreover, the garden is very big and nice, we have many trees around and that means you can listen to the birds singing quite a few times a day!
Guests can use everything in the house, and make themselves feel at home.

Varkiza Athens: The town of Varkiza is one of the most popular areas in the southern suburbs, quite lively during the summer season. It is extremely developed with plenty of cafes and nice restaurants lying around the coast. The biggest part of Varkiza includes beautiful complexes and newly built villas with a terrific view to the sea. It is a nice trip for most of the Athenians, especially during the weekends. The sandy beaches of Varkiza and the big variety of rocky and sandy beaches along the road to Sounio (poseidon temple) makes our town the ideal summer destination...definitely the ultimate place to live when visit Athens
In just a 2-minute drive from the house you can visit Vouliagmeni, which is a beautiful town and the most expensive to live in Athens. In Vouliagmeni, you can admire the natural thermal spa lake, and swim of course as well as take long walks by the beach and the nice little shops and restaurants around. In Kavouri, In a 3 min drive from Vouliagmeni, reach Kavouri (crab) that features sandy and pebble beaches in between rocky shores, luxury hotels as well as ancient excavations. There is a magnificent ancient road where you can walk all along and enjoy a wonderful sunset.
122 bus (from the main square) takes you to:
1. Vouliagmeni - very elegant and posh nearby town with lots of shops and cafes- only 5min from Varkiza *you should definitely visit Vouliagmeni Lake with its thermal waters and great surroundings

3. End Destination- Metro Elliniko
Take the Metro and go down in Acropolis, or Syntagma for the centre of Athens.
Then Return the same way- Metro Elliniko (exit towards. Glyfada) and E122 bus
