WELCOME & BALI BLESSINGS from "Bali Villa Marene", my self-designed & build modern tropical MAIN VILLA with its 6 large bedrooms around a large multilevel pool and 17 palm putri garden, located along the rice fields Umalas Bumbak, only 8 minutes by motorbike to Seminyak and beaches Batubelig & Canggu EchoBeach. As owner I live in ROOM 6 and we are your host together with our Balinese staff.

As popular Bali holiday rental “Villa Marene” offers a serene clean and cozy, spacious colorful place for relax and chill out and gives your family & friends the perfect "home away from home" feeling. Strategically located in the traditional village Umalas, overlooking the Bumbak rice-fields and bordering the water irrigation system (subak) plus offering distant ocean view and fully sunset orientated
Just between Seminyak Petitenget Legian & Canggu Brawa EchoBeach. Quiet area with around some villas but also close to the local banjar & temple, fresh air and open view and away from the most time bad traffic and pollution and the 3-4m high walls in Seminyak, yet close enough to beaches and all necessary touristic places thanks to our CAR+DRIVER option.

CANCELLATION
We strongly advise contracting a travel insurance cancellation (best in combination with medical) cover both for flight and accommodation. Any cancellation received within 60 day/s prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 31 day/s prior to arrival will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
