• A/C will not work during load shedding; generator back up is available for lights and fan only.

• Facilities provided are free of cost, If any facility is not available for any reason, no discount or refund is provided

• Music is allowed only for group hiring entire bunglow, time till 10.30 pm.

• Using Hukka (shisha) is not allowed, as per police guidelines.

• Swimming pool timing: 8.30 am to 2.30 pm 5.30pm to 8.00pm

• Lunch timing till 3.00pm, Dinner timing till 10.30pm

• Consuming alcoholic drinks around lawn and swimming pool area is strictly prohibited, if found Rs.5000/- fine will be charged.

• Please carry copy of booking confirmation along with photo id

Kanhoji Angre Samadhi, Nagaon Beach : Kanhoji Angre Samadhi is dedicated to the Maratha Admiral Kanhoji Angre. There are a total of eight faces along with sculpted pillars in the samadhi that stands strong even today.

Akshi Beach, Nagaon Beach : Akshi Beach is a white sand beach and is only 5 km from the town of Alibaug. The beach is considered to be the perfect place for birdwatchers. Akshi Beach is visited mainly by the fishermen.

Kolaba Fort, Nagaon Beach : About a kilometre from the Alibaug Beach, in the coastal part of Alibaug is the Kolaba Fort. As per the historical evidences, it clearly states that this 25 ft high and 350 ft wide sea fort was built by Maratha warrior Shivaji Maharaj in the year 1680.

Alibaug Beach, Nagaon Beach : One of the main attractions in vicinity of Nagaon Beach is the Alibaug Beach, which is also the main beach for the town of Alibaug. Attractions like Kolaba Fort and Ali Shah Bawa’s Mazhar are located near by the beach

Jai Bhavani Temple, Nagaon Beach: One of the oldest temples present in India is the Jai Bhavani temple that dates back to the 12th century. The deity present in the temple is Goddess Bhavani with eight arms, each of which is holding a weapon.

Brahma Kund, Nagaon Beach: It a rectangular tank with steps encircling on all the four sides of the Kund. In vicinity of the Brahma Kund is a small temple dedicated to Lord Maruti, where small statues can be found. It was in the year 1612 the temple was built and encoded within it.

Versoli Beach, Nagaon Beach: Versoli Beach is a quiet beach located on the outskirts of Alibaug, close to Nagaon Beach. It is a clear water beach with white sand and acts as a naval base for the region. The small village of Varsoli is in proximity to the beach with main vegetation of coconut and casuarinas

Thal Beach, Nagaon Beach: Thal Beach is about 6 km to the northern part of Alibaug town and is considered to be one of the largest fishing centres in India. Close to the north-western part of the beach are the ruins of Khubladha or also known by the name ‘Great Fight’ that attracts a lot of visitors.

Khanderi Fort, Nagaon Beach: Built in the year 1678, the Khanderi Fort is located at around 3 to 4 km away from the Thai Beach. This fort was under the influence of the British Empire for a long time after which, a lighthouse was also built here.

Someshwar Temple, Nagaon Beach: This ancient Hindu temple is located about 3 km from the region of Alibaug. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located near to the deepasthambh.

Sagargad, Nagaon Beach: About 7 km from the region of Alibaug, is the deserted hill fort by the name of Sagargad, which has a rich historical background associated with Shivaji.

Default Cancellation Policy

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
