The Apartment;
“la Perla 21” is one of two Blue Water Escapes brand new 2nd floor luxury fully furnished 64 sqm, 1 bedroom apartments in the magnificent State-of-the-art Resort Development “perla”, built by the top-rated and established island Developer Ozyalcin and superbly positioned in the most sought after location of Central Kyrenia, within easy walking distance to beaches, boutiques, restaurants, Casinos and all necessary amenities.
We are fortunate to also host “la Perla 18” which is situated directly across the hall and “la Perla 7 & 10” situated directly below on the 1st floor offering a perfect solution for larger groups or 4 families travelling together. All the apartments are identical in size, layout and facilities and are connected via the latest intercom entry system which also allows communication between apartments.
Our “perla” apartments are fully furnished to a luxury standard and comfortably sleep up to 4 people. As you enter, the hall leads to a spacious and modern open-plan kitchen, dining suite and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you should require for your “self-catering” stay including microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, there is even an integrated washing machine in the hall cupboard. The dining area is setup to comfortable cater for 4 people and the lounge is tastefully finished with side tables, Tv and includes 2 large single sofa beds.
The bedroom is spacious with double bed, ample floor to ceiling built-in mirrored wardrobes, has fabulous natural light and is finished with 5* hotel quality linen and towels and the separate shower room and Wc is generous in size and well positioned.

All our apartments are professionally cleaned and laundered and undergo testing in preparation for our valued guests.

Additional baby sleeping cots can also be provided.

The modern design is elegant, with the latest in finishes and comes with commercial ducted Rv cooling and heating system, making your stay in this apartment very comfortable all year round!

Some of the most magnificent times to visit North Cyprus is outside of the summer season, when in Spring and Autumn and even winter, the island transforms into a different floral world of colour and exuberance! Why not experience something truly special and completely different?
