The perfect house for spacious and comfortable living. Variety of malls and restaurants nearby, including Gurney & Gurney Paragon mall which is just a stone’s throw away. Hospitals are nearby too. Facilities that are up to quality available for use at your disposal. Suitable for those who want to explore the Heritage area of Penang which requires minimum transport time. The house contains three rooms in total. The first is the living room which is spacious and can accommodate for up to 10 people, also has two soft and comfortable couches with a coffee table. The place is well ventilated and has direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy the view of the trees planted there. Next, there are three separate bedrooms, all which are supplied with their own toilets. The toilets are clean with no mold or rust covering it. The beds are also very soft, and the closet space is enough for all of your items.

For those who want to cook, there is a kitchen equipped with a new fridge, an oven, a microwave, an electric and gas stove with an electric kettle for heating up water. There is also a washing machine for your convenience. The place also has high-speed Wifi and Tv for when you’re relaxing from a day from touring the beautiful Penang.

There is also a swimming pool available for use. The swimming pool is very safe as it is treated with chlorine beforehand. After that, there is a gym for those fitness lovers who love exercising and love keeping fit. The gym has all of the standard machines and weights and equipment for use.

Residents can ride down to the nearby Sri Muniswaran Temple , Subway Gurney Tower , Gleneagles Medical Centre Penang , Buddhist Triple Wisdom Hall for amenities such as Temple, Fast Food, Hospital, Temple and more.

No. 1 Persiaran Gurney is within walking distance to schools such as, Malaysian Buddhist Institute and Ptpl College Penang. It is also just minutes ride to the Wawasan Open University.

The condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home. For large groups, family reunions, weddings, etc. we have other unit available in other part of Penang state that will sleep up to a total of 8-9.
