Living up to its celebratory name, Mabuhay Beach House is a dream house for every couple or family who want to live on an island with all the comforts of a modern house. It has two storeys, which can be rented separately.
The ground floor unit is designed for couples who want to maintain privacy in a bedroom that is set apart from the rest of the floor. It has a bathroom and a spacious dining and living area consisting of a six-seater wooden dining table, a long L-shaped rattan sofa, a snug lazy chair with a footstool, a beach dining area, and multiple doors leading to the terrace and the beach.
The top floor is a studio unit, which openly embraces the sunrays from the lounge to the sleeping area. It has a bigger bathroom compared to the ground floor, a rattan lazy chair, a big desk and an exclusive verandah, enhanced with a four-seater dining table, a meditation rattan sofa directly positioned across the sunset, and a cushy wooden bench where you can relax and hear the crashing of the waves. Adjacent to this is a quaint guest bedroom inclusive of a queen-sized bed with cable TV, a cabinet and a corner toilet and bath.
Each level has a bathroom and a fully-functioning kitchen. Covered with white tiles, the bathroom has a big mirror hung above a double-basin counter and organized compartments, a secluded toilet and rain shower head. The kitchen, instead is equipped with a granite counter top, Louvre cupboards, complete cooking and dining utensils, a microwave oven, electric water heater, cooking stove, and a fridge. On top of these, the two lovely units are built with a glass sliding door that opens out to a wonderful beachfront view, which allows sunlight to pass through all the day.
The feeling of home penetrates every corner of this prime beachfront property, making it a perfect place to spend time with families or intimate groups of friends.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
