Do enjoy the view of the island of Fünen. You can explore the many hiking and cycling paths. The fantastic nature reserve Skamlingsbanken is located near Hejlsminde. The commercial town Christiansfeld is known nationwide for its honey cake, ornamental fireplace and salami. The surroundings of Kolding offer lot of activities which makes children enjoy their holidays. Do visit the Trapholt Art Museum, Koldinghus, the pedestrian area and the cosy cafe atmosphere or the Kolding hyper market which has many shops under one roof and is perfect for bulk purchase. Do visit the "Legeparken" amusement park which offers lot of free entertainment.
