I use a concierge to look after my place while I'm gone and they will welcome you to the apartment, show you around, show how to turn on the TV, the A/C and how to operate the washing machine and dryers. They will also recommend restaurants and tours (winery tours, whale watching, jumping off a plane, etc) if you want to add a bit of spice to your stay while you are visiting.

Potts Point is a small, densely populated suburb of inner-city Sydney, Australia. It is located 3 kilometres east of the Sydney central business district and is part of the local government area of the City of Sydney.

Potts Point sits on a ridge immediately east of Woolloomooloo, west of Elizabeth Bay and Rushcutters Bay and north of Darlinghurst. The suburb has a roughly trapezoidal shape, and at its greatest extent is no more than 1 kilometre long by 200 metres wide. Potts Point's eastern boundary is Macleay Street. The suburb's other boundaries include Darlinghurst Road to the southeast, William Street to the south, Brougham Street and part of Cowper Road to the west.

Kings Cross railway station (2mn walk) is an underground station at Potts Point, on the Eastern Suburbs railway line of the Sydney Trains network. The area is well served by Sydney Buses, with routes (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and 327 passing through Potts Point.

Potts Point can be accessed on foot from Woolloomooloo. There is a number of stairways that connect the two neighbouring suburbs: Butler and Hills Stairs (93 and 24 steps, respectively), McElhone Stairs (112 steps) – also known as the "Stairs of Doom" or "Stairs of Death" by locals – and Hordern's Stairs (110 steps).

*Dedicated parking space available in the building next door for an additional $100/week. Please inquire about its availability prior to confirming your booking.

*Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We’ve got you covered. Contact us, as we can also provide you with baby items (on availability and additional cost). We offer excellent package rates for two or more items.

*An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
