You can enjoy a view of Funen from many locations. This charming holiday home is situated on a large plot in the city. It has multiple terraces, so you can find a cosy corner outdoors and enjoy the sunlight or the shade. The interior of the house is bright and beautiful. It has welcoming bedrooms and a nursery with a cot and a play area. From the living room, which also houses a kitchen, you can access the lovely secluded garden where you can relax undisturbed. There are many footpaths and cycle paths through which you can explore the natural landscape of the area. You can also pay a visit to the ancient trading town of Christiansfeld, which is a UNESCO world cultural heritage site. Christiansfeld is, however, also well known for its delicious honey cake. The beautiful nature reserve of Skamlingsbanken is located quite close to Hejlsminde. In Kolding and its surrounding areas you will find a myriad of experiences, whether you are travelling with children or want to enjoy an adventurous holiday. If you want to experience art and culture you can visit the art museum Trapholt, Koldinghus and the pedestrian streets with cosy cafes. You can shop to your heart's content at the Kolding Storcenter with many shops under one roof. You can also visit the play park with plenty of free rides.
