As we are just 10 km from Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore, and 18kms away from Yelanhka railway station. Our place is most suitable for transit business travelers, who need spacious rooms (with A/C fitted in one of the rooms), quiet environment and closer to restaurants and shopping malls. Even couples with children would find it convenient to stay here.
The space
This apartment has two fully furnished bedrooms with one attached and one common bathroom and an air conditioner is provided in one of the rooms. The apartment also has a living room with a TV and a utility area. A kitchen with basic cutlery such as plates, spoons, and cups is available. A coffee machine and refrigerator is also provided for our guests. Since there are no cooking facilities available currently the guests have to manage their meals outside, which is easily available outside the apartment complex. The apartment complex has a swimming pool and a designated parking spot is available for the guests at all times. The basic essentials are provided in the apartment and the apartment complex. This apartment is kid friendly, but it is not suitable for pets, parties, and events.
Guest access
Since the apartment is given away to one guest at a time, it is entirely theirs, for their stay. A maximum of four persons is allowed in the apartment. From business personnel to a family of four anybody can rent out this apartment. It is most suited for people who are on a short business trip or small family vacation who wants to be near the airport.
Interaction with guests
As the owner doesn’t stay close by, arrangements have been made for keys to be given and received upon arrival to and leaving from the premises by the security. The security persons in the complex will handle some basic requirements of the customers. We are available over the phone at all times for any kind of help required.
Note: More than 4 people are not allowed at the property
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
